The property offers great breakfasts. The units are recently decorated, new-fashioned.- The bedroom and bathroom are good.- The staff, especially the manager, are accommodating people.

Central location was a plus.

Immaculately clean venue with high quality breakfasts and rear views. Stunning and decent location on a slope and nice quiet area. Nearby Murphy's Bar - great place to chill out.

The rooms here are spacious with an extra pillow, a double bed, and the staff is very attentive.

The hotel is clean, nestled in the lovely building with pleasant and decent staff. The venue has a central location in the town area. And it's near to town centre, Victoria park and Leamington.

I had a great time during my 2-day stay in a lovely double room here.

We walked everywhere, the location was fab, on a bouncy castle.

Lovely staff and brilliant location to the town centre. On-site parking at no extra cost. Entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Free parking, though tricky at times during parties. A good base, but not suitable 

In the evening the WLAN was very slow. Breakfast consisted of ready-made things.

The rooms have recently been refurbished with cozy beds and smoke detectors ensuring safety.

Good choice of food and drink for breakfast and was tasty. Location was perfect for us because we like walking and quite a few places to go to .

The Jephson Hotel; BW Signature Collection in Leamington Spa offers good value as a top-class 3-star hotel. Its excellent and comfortable location, just off central Leamington, is near enough to visit Stratford and Leamington Spa shops

Poor cleanliness, chain on door ripped off. Light not working, main light. Shower curtain clean but in desperate need of new one, discoloured at bottom. Non slip mat in shower cubicle overs the drain hole, nearly flooded bathroom and no where to put toiletries in shower. Bed clean but not made properly, looks like house keeping in a rush. Did tell reception staff and have apologised. Thank you
